Ordering Steps and Production Period (Pre-Order)

Our products are Pre-Order type only (Except C’V Homme based on stock basis, available in S, M, L, XL, please click sizing above). Customer can choose the product followed by the category presented on the website. If you are interested in any products. Just choose the size you want. Click on it to keep in your basket and you can choose the next product as you want by choosing in the product category of the product type in each collection or choose the latest collection or promotional products. It’s up to your mind to look for and choose as you want.

When the product is completely chosen. Click at the basket to look and check out the product in your basket or click at the payment button to complete your order. You must fill in the shipping address information and choose the payment method. Please check out for the accuracy of the ordered item every time before pressing the payment button for your own benefit because the company does not have the policy to return the product in all cases and the product is manufactured followed by the order from each customer only. The production lead time will be 15-25 days after receiving the purchase order and receiving the full amount of payment from the customer. After pressing and completed the payment. You will receive an email to confirm the order status and when the product is ready for shipping. We will send an email to inform the tracking number to the customer so that the customer can follow up the shipping progress.

Note: For the registered customer can be able to change the address for shipping by click and choose your delivery method and proceed the payment progress.

Shipping Lead Time and The Examination of Shipping Information

You can track your order with us which you will receive the product tracking number. The tracking number will be sent when we confirm the shipping by email. We will ship the product via 2 options as follows;

  1. Abroad Customer  Shipped by DHL   click here   period of time for delivery will be during 7-15 official days.
  2. Customer in Thailand  Shipped by EMS   click here  period of time for delivery in Bangkok and boundaries will be during 1-3 official days, for other provinces will be during 3-7 official days.

Note :

  1. You product might delay, unavoidable sometimes by the reason of unexpected factors or uncontrollable situation.
  2. Custom fees or import taxes will be charge once. When the package arrived the destination. All these expense payments must be made by the recipient. However, The Company cannot control these expenses and we cannot give any suggestion for the expenses because the policies of the custom and import tax are different for each country. The Company suggest you to ask the Custom office in your country for the current expense information before you purchase.

Returns

The company shall not accept to change and return the product in all cases, both domestically and abroad.

ขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ และระยะเวลาการผลิต (Pre-Order)

สินค้าของเราจะเป็นสินค้าสั่งผลิตเท่านั้น (Pre-Order)  ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกสินค้าได้ตามหมวดหมู่บนหน้าเว็บได้ตามแบบที่โชว์อยู่ (ยกเว้นสินค้าของแบรนด์ C’V Homme จะเป็นสินค้าที่มีขายเฉพาะรุ่น  และเป็นสินค้าที่ตัดจากสต๊อกเท่านั้น  มีขนาด  S, M, L, XL  ซึ่งขนาด เป็นไปตามตารางไซส์ด้านบน) หากลูกค้าสนใจสินค้าตัวไหนเพียงเลือกขนาดที่คุณต้องการ คลิกเก็บใส่ลงตะกร้าของคุณ  และสามารถเลือกสินค้าชิ้นต่อไปได้ตามที่ต้องการ โดยสามารถเลือกได้ตามหมวดหมู่ประเภทสินค้าในแต่ละคลอเลคชั่น  หรือจะเลือกตามสินค้าใหม่ล่าสุด  หรือสินค้าโปรโมชั่น แล้วแต่ลูกค้าเปิดดูและเลือกซื้อได้ตามต้องการ

เมื่อเลือกสินค้าเสร็จแล้วคลิกดูที่ตะกร้าสินค้า เพื่อดูสินค้าในตะกร้าของคุณ หรือคลิกที่ชำระเงิน เพื่อเสร็จสิ้นการสั่งซื้อสินค้า  คุณต้องกรอกข้อมูลที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งสินค้า และเลือกช่องทางการชำระเงิน  โปรดตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการการสั่งซื้อก่อนกดจ่ายเงินทุกครั้ง  เพื่อผลประโยชน์ของตัวท่านเอง  เนื่องจากบริษัทฯ  ไม่มีนโยบายรับเปลี่ยนคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี  เนื่องจากเป็นสินค้าที่ผลิตตามสั่งของลูกค้าแต่ละรายเท่านั้น  ระยะเวลาในการผลิตสินค้าจะอยู่ที่ 15-25 วันหลังจากได้รับคำสั่งซื้อและได้รับการชำระเงินครบถ้วนจากลูกค้า หลังจากกดและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว คุณจะได้รับอีเมลยืนยัน สถานะการสั่งซื้อสินค้า  และเมื่อสินค้าเสร็จพร้อมจัดส่งทางเราจะส่งอีเมลเพื่อแจ้งเลขที่การติดตามสินค้าให้ลูกค้าทราบเพื่อลูกค้าได้ติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้าต่อไป

หมายเหตุ  :   สำหรับลูกค้าที่ลงทะเบียนไว้สามารถเปลี่ยนที่อยู่ในการจัดส่งสินค้าได้เพียงคลิก  เลือกรูปแบบการ  ขนส่งของคุณ  และทำตามขั้นตอนการชำระเงินต่อไป

ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง  และการตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากจัดส่ง

คุณติดตามสินค้าของคุณกับเราได้ โดยคุณจะได้รับหมายเลขการติดตามสินค้า ซึ่งจะส่งตอนยืนยันการส่งสินค้าให้ทางอีเมล  โดยเราจะจัดส่งสินค้าด้วย 2 ช่องทาง ดังนี้

  1. ลูกค้าต่างประเทศ จัดส่งโดย   DHL  คลิกที่นี่    ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่งจะอยู่ที่ 7-15 วันทำการ
  2. ลูกค้าในประเทศไทย จัดส่งโดย   EMS คลิกที่นี่    ระยะเวลาการจัดส่งในกรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล 1-3 วันทำการ   ส่วนต่างจังหวัด 3-7 วันทำการ

หมายเหตุ  :

  1. สินค้าของท่านอาจได้รับความล่าช้าบางครั้งอาจหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ อันเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยที่ไม่  คาดฝันหรือเหตุการณ์ที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม
  2. ค่าศุลกากรหรือภาษีนำเข้าจะเรียกเก็บครั้งเดียว เมื่อพัสดุถึงประเทศปลายทาง ค่าใช้จ่ายเหล่านี้ จะต้องชำระโดยผู้รับพัสดุ   อย่างไรก็ตาม ทางบริษัทฯ ไม่สามารถควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายเหล่านี้ได้ และไม่สามารถให้คำแนะนำในเรื่องค่าใช้จ่าย เนื่องจากนโยบายด้านศุลกากรและภาษีนำเข้าในแต่ละประเทศแตกต่างกัน  ทางบริษัทฯ ขอแนะนำให้คุณติดต่อสอบถามสำนักงานศุลกากรในประเทศของคุณ ในเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายในปัจจุบันก่อนการสั่งซื้อ

การเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้า

สินค้าซื้อแล้วทางบริษัทไม่รับเปลี่ยนและคืนทุกกรณีทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
